You're in New Zealand? Should I worry?

Our product development and consulting practice is based in New Zealand. We're located in Wellington, the Capital City in the North Island of New Zealand. We have to be based somewhere, and it's a very beautiful place to live and work. New Zealand has a well developed Western style economy, government, financial and legal system and most of the large international organisations have a significant presence here. New Zealand is very well connected via web and phone communications. We regard ourselves as an international operation and we have experience working in Europe, the USA and Australasia - and wherever we were based, the slowest element is getting your software to you on a CD. If parcel post isn’t fast enough, we can express courier it.

How does it all work?

All of the Sales Processes, Templates and Tools in the Sales Academy Suite have been designed using Microsoft Office InfoPath, Microsoft’s Template, Form and Process design tool. So you and your sales teams will need InfoPath to use our products. InfoPath is part of Microsoft Office, just like Word, Excel and PowerPoint and it is included with Microsoft Office Ultimate 2007, Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2007 and Microsoft Office Enterprise 2007. You can also buy it as a separate product. If you are a Corporate user and your version of Office doesn’t include it, you’ll probably want to get an upgrade from your local Microsoft supplier. Its not difficult and its not expensive. You can read all about it at Microsoft Office Online.

This makes installation and use of our Templates and Tools a breeze! The great thing is that all the instructions come included with InfoPath, so you aren’t dependent on us. Same thing with support. InfoPath is supported by Microsoft’s normal support services, so you don’t need an expensive support agreement with us. A big plus. Its one of the reasons we decided to develop the Templates and Tools in the Sales Academy Suite this way - so you don’t incur ongoing costs and you don’t have to worry!

When you are using our Templates and Tools, our on-screen planning guides and contextual help functions offer straightforward explanations, perceptive insights and critical guidance on well accepted sales processes and methodologies, so that salespeople and their managers start to benefit immediately, up skilling as they use the tools.
