In order to develop themselves professionally, salespeople obviously want to focus on areas of their performance that can be improved. The most critical part of a salesperson’s day is when they are selling, face to face with customers and prospects. It is very difficult for salespeople to be objective about this area of their performance and ability as they are usually concentrating too hard on what is going on in the call. To be of real value, salespeople need granular measures, so that they can focus on specific areas of their sales skills.
